ISL-3200 Optional, Embedded Volt-Ohm Meter

Do you need to perform more thorough electrical tests on your imaging device, such as Short/Open testing? The ISL-3200 has provisions for an optional embedded Volt-Ohm Meter (VOM). This embedded VOM option adds analog boundary scan capability with a HI_BUS and LO_BUS and programmable connections through a 2 by 80 matrix of analog switches to the sensor signals and the embedded measurement instruments. Both 12-bit and 24-bit VADCs are provided.

In addition to the built-in Volt-Ohm meter, there are also built-in programmable loads, pull-ups, voltage sources, and current sources. These built in loads, voltage and current sources, and measurement capabilities allow for a wide variety of electrical tests to be perform on the connected imaging device.

Jova Solutions Announces External PCI Express Interface for ISL-3200

As a true External PCI Express (PCIe) implementation, the ISL-3200 with PCI Express functions as a standard PCIe device allowing the use of standard adapter cards and cables.

The new PCIe interface also upgrades the FPGA to a new Spartan-3A DSP Xilinx module and also increases the on-board memory from 32 MB to 128 MB to support on-board image processing of the ever increasing high megapixel count of modern sensors.
